What support options do you offer?
All plans get 24 hour email support with fast response times, typically measured in minutes.
Our Concierge plan adds phone, SMS, IM and Twitter DM options as well as a dedicated account manager and an 8 hour guaranteed response time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for all plans. The Premier and Concierge plan also offers PayPal, Check and Purchase Order payment options (you must contact us to utilize these options).
Can I change my plan later?
Socialping bills month-to-month, so you can change your plan at any time. If you change your plan mid-month, we'll credit your account for any unused balance. If you downgrade, that credit will be applied to future monthly payments.
How long do you store tweets?
Socialping stores them forever. No rolling windows of availability or archaic procedures to view them, or any other data we offer. Everything's online, all the time.

How long does it take to setup my account?
You'll be up and running in a few minutes.
Are there any setup fees, cancellation fees or contracts?
No. Socialping is billed month to month. You can cancel at any time without any additional costs. We do not refund previously made payments, unless you're account is 15 days, or less, old.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Anytime within your first 30 days of using Socialping, if you feel that Socialping is not right for you, you can cancel. No questions asked, no hassle, and exactly how we'd want to be treated if we were trying us out.
Do you offer any discounts?
A 10% discount is available if you pay yearly for either the Premier or Concierge plan. Contact us for specific requirements.
Can anyone signup for the Concierge plan?
Yes, however due to the conceirege plan coming with a dedicated account manager, we must have account managers with available resources to take on new clients. If you signup for the Concierge plan, and we do not have an account manager able to take on your account, we'll notify you shortly after your signup and fully refund you.
